Notes :

The Company is engaged in single segment, viz., Sugar, the production of which is seasonal in nature.
The Company has implemented the 'Energy Efficiency Project' and is now embarking on marginal expansion plan to increase capacity to 3000 tcd.
Goverment of Tamilnadu have announced State Advised Price of Rs.1014/- as against Rs.795/- of Statutory Minimum Price fixed by the Central Government for 2005-06 season commencing from 1st October 2005.
Number of investor complaints for the quarter : Beginning - Nil, Received - 34, Disposed - 34 and Pending - Nil.
The above results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board of Directors at the respective meetings held on 21.10.2005.
