Shareholder Satisfaction Survey

To assess the current level of service standards in all business dealings including investor services a questionnaire has been posted on the company’s website. Shareholders are requested to send their views by replying to the questionnaire. Predominant responses received during surveys undertaken in the past, indicate good satisfaction level.

Service Standards

As per the ‘standard operating procedures’ of the Company, the following are the Service Standards set out for various investor related transactions/ activities and the Company and its Registrars endeavour to achieve these Standards without compromising with the quality of the service to the investors:
